Post Traumatic Growth (Adversarial Growth) is the opposite of PTSD.  Each seems to be one end of a teeter-totter so to speak with the weight on the Post traumatic Growth end being optimism and healthy 'back-stories' while the weight on the PTSD end being pessimism and unhealthy 'back-stories'.
